Big volatility

 Who would have known when I started this blog that it would be such a rollercoaster. Over the last year Whole food market prices have risen sharply due to inflation that does not appear to be transitory.  Furthermore the situation in Ukraine has meant that grain prices are likely to rise further as stockpiles dwindle.  I will keep on top of this as it evolves and update you all on any other large events when I have time. 

Effects of COVID-19

The ramifications of COVID 19 have been felt throughout the industry lately as the prices in the market for whole foods have soared. It is very likely that we will continue to see market volatility over the next 12-18 months. If anything changes I will keep you up to date here.
